Royalgems

FOB terms mean the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and risks once the goods leave Royalgems' facility in Kenya, so clear communication about packing and documentation is essential. Being based in Kenya positions Royalgems near key African gemstone sources, which can reduce lead times for raw material supply. Established in 2017, the company has had about seven years to build trade relationships, which is a positive sign for reliability. The lack of verified work email, phone number, or business documents raises concerns about identity and legitimacy — buyers should request additional proof before placing large orders. Payment terms listed as 'Other' may indicate flexibility, but it also increases risk — buyers should confirm exact terms to avoid disputes. Exporting to the United Kingdom means the company must meet UK import standards, especially for gemstone quality and compliance, which requires clear product specifications and certifications.
