Runau Electronics (Yangzhou) Manufacturing Co., Ltd. We have been dedicated to the R&D, manufacture and sales of power semiconductors for almost 30 years. Our company is located between the Yangtze River and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, enjoying beautiful and ideal place for the manufacture of power semiconductor devices.

Our company was constructed a 1000-square-meter ultra clean workshop and developed a professional team. There are more than 50 employees, among whom 12 are professional engineers (4 senior engineers). Henri Assalit, an American famous power semiconductor Doctor, is invited as our Technical and Development Consultant. Runau always follows the technique and product standard of GE which becomes the advantage in our own technique and capacity.

Our main products include all kinds of thyristors, rectifier diodes, GTO, power units, modules, square thyristor chips and more. They are widely applied to electric locomotive and rolling, industry heating, power electric plating, electrolysis, frequency converter, soft starter, motor speed controller, UPS, reactive power compensation, household appliance and other fields.
