Dear Madam/Sir: It is our pleasure to introduce our company. Our comapny is an oil & gas Exploration & Production company registered in Delaware and Texas. We are based in Midland, Texas. We are also trading oil products as well as coal and coal additive. Currently, we are involved in coal mine acquisition & operation project in West Virginia and Kentucky with our partner there. For those oil & gas as well as coal mining projects, we are looking for investors and partners. We are also marketing coal additive which was developed by a Korean chemical company and which can reduce pollution from coal burning at coal-fired power plants substantially. We are looking for buyers in U.S. and Canada. In addition, we have good relationships with a natioanal refinery in South America. So, we can supply crude oil, D2, Jet Fuel, and other oil products.
