Business Description

Romania's top manufacturer for pressure equipment. Our great experience of over 40 years in manufacturing, and our wide reference list recommends us and we shortly became the first choice of contractors in Romania, for manufacturing pressure vessels, columns and heat exchangers for Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical and Petrochemical industries, delivering most of the equipment items for all refineries in Romania (OMV Petrom, Petrotel Lukoil, Vega and Petromidia). Our business strategy for the past years mainly focused on exporting our products and we successfully delivered lots of equipment items in over 30 countries in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Ex-Sovietic Union countries. Lately, we have made a license agreement with Stork Termeq, a company from the Fluor Group, for using their Spray Type deaeration tehnology. By combining their patented technology in deaeration and our great experience in manufacturing pressure vessels, we are now able to deliver Single Vessel Spray Type Deaerators for boilers, of great quality and at the most competitive prices on the market. In mid. 2020, COMES has commissioned a brand new, fully equipped workshop, at the same location in Savinesti - Romania, for manufacturing over-sized equipment items, weighing up to 200 tons each.

Business Overview

Avg Response Time

≤ 1h

SC COMES SA is a mid-sized supplier with 201–500 employees, which is typical for companies offering consistent, volume-based trade. Being based in Romania gives access to a growing European market with strong logistics networks and EU compliance standards. However, no verification of work email, phone, or business documents is available — this raises concerns about identity and legitimacy, which is a key risk when dealing with new suppliers. The lack of annual turnover data makes it hard to assess financial stability or scalability. Buyers should request additional documentation before placing any orders, especially for large or long-term contracts. While the workforce size suggests operational capacity, verified credentials are essential to confirm real-world operations and trustworthiness.
