With a total investment of RMB 2.6 billion and an area of 780 mu (1mu=666.7 square meters), the project plans to be constructed in two phases. After going into production, Project Phase I is expected to reach a production capacity of 600, 000 tons and to achieve sales of around RMB 3.8 billion per year. Project Phase II is expected to be launched at the end of 2011 and to go into production at the end of 2012 successively. After going into production completely, the project is expected to reach a production capacity of 3 million tons and to achieve sales of RMB 20 billion per year.
