SHANDONG ZHENGSHANG WHEEL Co., Ltd. Is a modernization vehicle wheel steel rim manufacturing enterprise integrated with independent design, R&D, manufacture, sales and international trade. At present, the company has new plant area, new equipment, new product, new science and technology, independent product R&D room and standardized testing laboratory, it is available to design the vehicle wheel products suitable for road condition most throughout the world according to different driving environment.
Company products involve in structural steel load steel wheel, tubeless load steel wheel, light truck series and other more than 60 varieties. Relevant products have passed the certification of China automobile product accreditation commission, ISO9001-2000, TS16949 certificate of quality system and Saudi Arabia SASO certification. The company has 6 tubeless wheel product line and 2 profiled bar vehicle wheel production line now. The world-class special pulse butt welder is taken for the tubeless rim to ensure the quality of welding line, CNC precision spinning lathe is taken to the spoke for forming to ensure stability and reliability of the wheel dynamic balance. 6 vehicle wheel synthesis lines and large-sized automatic submerged-arc welder to ensure firm and beautiful welding line, full-automatic cathode electrophoretic paint line, automatic oil removal, dust removal and phosphorization to ensure the nice appearance of vehicle wheel and enhance aging and corrosion resistance.
