SHAOGUAN TOOLS PLANT lies in the north of Guangdong. It was set up in 1970, an important factory of the Ministry of Machine Building Industry in the middle south area of China. It&＃039;s also a first class factory in measurement. This factory now has a staff of more than 870. There are more than 150 technicians of all kinds, among which are 8 senior engineers and 52 engineers. It makes up by the three branches (Cutting Tools Plant, Wan Ke Da Plant and Shaoguan Chains Plant), nine workshops and some interrelated business departments. It possesses a fixed capital amount of RMB50, 000, 000.00, and an area of 80, 000 m2, among which 59, 200 m2 is used for production. All kinds of metal cutting tools machines and equipments add up to more than 590 sets, among which we imported some equipments from German, Italy and Japan. We are able to produce 6, 500, 000.00 pieces of cutters in each kind every year. The main products are of ten types, over 70 subtypes and more than 5, 000 specifications, such as the Gear tools, such as gear hobs, sprocket hobs, gear shaper cutters, gear shaving cutters; Broach tools, Worm tools, processing hole tools, Carbide tools, Coating tools and all kinds of chains. And those have been awarded one National Quality Silver Medal Prizes, two Excellent Quality Prizes of Ministry of Machine Building Industry and three Excellent Quality Prizes of Province. The products are not only supplied to domestic market, but also exported to Europe, America, East-south Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan, with a total export amount of about 1, 000, 000.00 dollars each year.
