The conversion of 1 kg. of waste tire pieces produce about 400 ml. of industrial fuel. In addition we get about 150gms hydrocarbon gas and 300gms. carbon black which can be converted into 200gms. activated carbon. The technology developed is tested and is economically viable. The fuel comply with any requirement /standard of the world. Problem of disposal of waste tires is solved. 2) Waste tires are converted into high value fuels. 3) Environmental pollution is controlled. 4) Industrial and automobile fuel requirement shall be fulfilled to some extent at lower price. 5) No pollutants are created during cracking of tires. 6) Any type of rubber can be proceed and converted into fuel. 7) The crude oil and the gas can be used for generation of electricity. Catalytic conversion of waste tires into high value product is a superior method of reusing this valuable resource. The reactor has a capacity of 20 MT tones. Shelf life of the plant is 20 years. Furnace oil produced is 8 tones per day. Carbon Black produced is 6 tones per day. The plant requires plot area of 10000sqft(Non-agri land). A single storage underground tank is required for storage. Daily supply of tire waste comes in the factory. Daily pick up of finished products take place. Payment schedule is every fortnight. Banks have approved loan up to 85%.for 60 months.
