COMPANY PROFILE OF SP.AUTOMATICS & SPA INTERNATIONALMr. Niranjan Saha the founder of this company is a Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Food Process Engineer of eminence, over 40 years on this profession. Qualified as Production & Design Engineer from Stuttgart, Germany has worked with manufacturers of pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food packaging machinery of equipments in Europe. Engaged with M/s. Sandoz and M/s. Ciba, Bazel, Switzerland, he commissioned the plant of M/s. Ciba in Bhandup, Bombay in the year 1958, promoted Vitro-Pharma Products Pvt. Ltd. in Bombay and made machinery / equipments tailor-made to meet the specific process requirements of leading pharmaceutical/ cosmetic companies in the 60's. He has set up M/s. S.P. Automatics and M/s. SPA International in Bombay to design and manufacture various machinery/ equipments for pharmaceutical, cosmetics and food packaging industries.We are having technical collaboration with M/s. Weston - White Packaging Ltd. Croydon, England to manufacture the complete range of their vertical Form-Fill and Seal automatic machinery for producing a wide range of liquids, syrups, creams, shampoo, sugar, salt, pepper, most types of powder, granules, impregnated towelette filled sachets or pouches and bagging machine for handling free or non-free flowing pouches and solid items etc. We have also recently designed and manufactured fully automatic machine to produce Air-Sickness Bag and we are proud to say that we are the Second in the World to make this machine.We have now started contract packaging facilities in our unit for pharmaceuticals, Toiletries, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty Aids.Products: Liquids, Creams, Ointments, Powders, Food Products, Devices, many others.Packages: Pouches, Multi-bagging, in all types of films. Empty pouches in different types & sizes can also be supplied.
