We are looking for a joint venture partner in the marble and granite industry to establish a U. S. Based company for the purpose of warehousing(including having a showroom) and selling stone products in the U. S. Market. We would prefer to partner with a quarrier in the stone industry so there is a direct supply of products to sell. We would contribute our marketing plan, database, the setting up of the company and managing the day to day operations of the company. The partner would contribute to the joint venture financially. We are open to discussing the structure of a joint venture arrangement.Our computerized database consists of over 145,000 construction/general contractors, architects, engineers, installers, distributors, designers, decorators, landscapers, hardware/retail outlets, and others -- all potential buyers of marble and granite. This searchable database contains full contact information of the companies along with buyers&＃39; names, company sales information, web sites, and e-mail addresses where applicable. This database is also used as a sales contact database to track all activity related with each account.
