Business Description
Sa Giang is a renowned brand with over six decades of history, inheriting and developing from a traditional shrimp cracker workshop founded by Mr. Le Minh Triet in 1960. With technological advancements in processing, Sa Giang has brought the Vietnamese shrimp cracker brand to conquer markets worldwide, including Asia, Europe, America, and Australia. In 1970, Sa Giang won its first international award, a Silver Medal at the OSAKA fair in Japan. The company has expanded its capacity from 200 tons per year in the early days to 9,000 tons per year today. Sa Giang exports to over 30 countries, continuously affirming its position as a famous Vietnamese specialty. Sa Giang is proud to bear the name of the local river flowing through Sa Dec, a significant economic center of the Mekong Delta since the 17th century. The region is known for its fertile land, providing high-quality agricultural products, rice, and abundant seafood. Sa Giang aims to become a leading food technology company in Vietnam, with aspirations to expand globally.

Sa Giang operates with a team size over 1000 employees, which is unusually large for a food processing supplier in Vietnam, suggesting strong production capacity and scalability. Their core products — chips, rice paper, rice noodles, and ready-to-eat items — are high-demand, ready-to-consume goods that appeal to fast-moving consumer markets in Asia and beyond. Being based in Vietnam gives them access to low-cost labor and strong regional supply chains for raw materials. The verified account email adds a layer of trust, showing the company has taken steps to validate its identity. However, the lack of document verification raises a red flag for buyers who need to confirm legal standing or ownership. The shipping terms being not specified is a notable gap — buyers may face uncertainty in logistics costs, delivery times, or port handling, which could delay procurement decisions. Buyers should request clear shipping terms and supporting documents before placing large orders with Sa Giang.
