We as Saf Plastik are one of the biggest and well respected converters in Turkey. Having this reputation over 40 years, Saf Plastik was established in 1965, and is currently doing production in two manufacturing sites, over 22.000 sq meter closed area. With its integrated system, Saf Plastik is able to produce flexible packaging in: Flexo, Rotogravure and together with our sister company; Offset printing. Our machine park consists of; - 3 Flexo Printers ( 1x6 color & 2x8 color - upto 1400 mm web ) - 2 Rotogravure Printers ( 9 & 10 color - upto 1450 mm web ) - 10 PE Extruders - 2 Laminators ( Solvent Based & Solvent Free - upto 4 layers ) - 7 Slitter / Rewinders - 14 Bag producing machines (inc: Wicketed, Patch/Loop Handle, 3 Side Seal, Doypack) With our sister company, we are also able to produce material with Offset Printing (upto 6+2 colors) We also have our own Graphics department where we are able to work on designs in various formats, and also produce our own Cyrell Plates for Flexo printing, and engrave our own cylinders (over 3000 cylinders) for Rotogravure printing. With experience over 40 years, we have been providing flexible packaging in sectors including: Food (Dry, Wet & Frozen), Detergent, Hygenic Products, Pet Food, Beverages, Ketchup & Mayonaise. We are also doing production to various countries including; UK, Ireland, France, Italy, Holland, Germany, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Belgium, Egypt, Israel, Morocco, ect.. In order to provide faster and more effective service, we also supply warehousing in the UK, in which we could hold on to our customers materials for 60 days.
