SanSen Paper is introducing a new product, tissue papers(bathroom tissues, facial tissues, paper napkins and paper towels) made from non-wood fibers. Most, if not all, eco-friendly products in the market now are made from recycled papers. They have two major drawbacks, substandard quality(not soft enough) and high price. We utilize fibers from agricultural residues(e.g. cereal straw)and textile residues(e.g. cotton linters) to achieve the same premium quality as regular tissue papaers. SanSen Paper? research team has developed a new technology in black liquor treatment during the pulping process. The black liquor is treated and pumped back into the production cycle at different stages. Our patented pulping process allows lower concentration-level liquor to be reused. The black liquor then goes through a series of bio-chemical treatment. The deposits are extracted and can be used as a compound to make concrete. The final waste water is 100% recycled back into the production cycle, thus achieving a complete closed loop system. As a result, our product delivers excellent and affordable performance, yet it helps save the environment at the same time.
