General Procedures for Executing FUEL Trades: CONTRACTS: LOI - must provide complete and detailed contact information; confirm Buyer interest in specific products, including required specifications; confirm ability to provide DOCUMENTARY form letter-of-credit for CONTRACTs, drawn on top 25 world-class international bank (AWB); We require execution of ICC form NCND/IMFPA Agreement (NCNDA), by all parties, with complete disclosure and detailed contact information; SPOT & CONTRACT (general): BUYER provides ICPO with bank soft-probe approval or BCL as reuired by Seller Procedures; SELLER executes ICPO and provides FCO; SELLER provides Draft Contract; Parties sign CONTRACT and lodge at respective banks; Upon receipt of MT103-23 (Conditional Pay Order); for Contracts, DRAFT Documentary Letter-of-Credit (DLC); SELLER provides hard proof-of-product (POP) & PB for CONTRACTS; PB activates RDLC & MT103-23; Title to product transfers and delivery commences per SPA. Most suppliers allow bank-to-bank transactions via SWIFT. CRUDE OIL trades after NCND & ICPO, trades are by SPA. Availability and Pricing of all products are subject to change without notice.
