CONTRACTSBuyer issues LOI, must be on Buyer's Letterhead, signed, sealed and with current date; LOI-must provide complete and detailed contact information; confirms Buyer interest in specific products, including required specifications and Buyer'sability to provide irrevocable, assignable, transferable DOCUMENTARY letter-of-credit, RDLCfor CONTRACTS: RDLC MUST BE drawn on any world-class Top 25 international bank (AWB) ; SPOTS & CONTRACTSBuyer and Seller exchange Procedures; BUYER to follow with ICPO, approval for bank soft-probe, accompanied by BCL or RWA; Upon receipt of DRAFT Documentary Letter-of-Credit (DLC) , SELLER to provide non-operative 2% Performance Bond (PB) (CONTRACTS ONLY) ; Seller provides proof-of-product (POP) . Buyer and Seller execute Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) ; Funding by MT103 for SPOTS; RDLC for CONTRACTS; Transfer of title to product.
