A pioneer enterprise in South America , our company has developed the wine dispenser designed for restaurants, pubs, wine bars, caterings, hotels and individuals. Servicios JAT born of our passion for vintage wine, started as a craft industry manufacturing products to preserve wine in its purest state, wich gave rise to the creation of the first Cellars. Our concern for preserving the wine quality unchanged until it reaches consumers urged us to develop the wine dispenser in 1998, as a range of products founded on hand crafting and aimed at preserving wine.What is a Dispenser ? The Wine dispenser is a refrigerated display units wich allows keep wines from the moment they are uncorked for up two weeks, serving them at proper temperature, while preserving its attributes after opening the bottle. How does it work ? The Wine Dispenser protecs your valuable premium wines from “Turning” by instantly replacing the oxigen in a freshly opened bottle with pure, odorlees, tastelees nitrogen gas, thereby eliminating the oxidation process, wich is damaging to opened wine. Wine is dispensed smoothly and quickly from temerature controlled units. This is the same innocuos system used for the stilling process of the wine in the barrels.
