In 1947, Mr. Tseng Pang was the first to introduce the production of women's stockings to Taiwan. Fifty years later, the business expertise and persistence that he brought to the domestic stocking industry are still Shan Jung's guidelines for business as we enter a new generation of hosiery manufacturing.
The sensuous 1980s brought us, Shan Jung. We successfully introduced De Paree, the brand of fashion socks and pantyhose for women in 1985. In the personalized 1990s, Shan Jung introduced a dazzling variety of tones and colors to the domestic market.

Since 1986, Shan Jung has been innovative and bold in ushering in a new fashion in women's hosiery and stocking. In the 1990s, Taiwan's economy and society have brought higher levels of consumer spending. Mr. Tseng Pang's forward-looking concepts of continued diversification, more internalized styles, and higher quality have led to the development of today's Shan Jung. For market diversity, we introduce our second brand, Bella Bell, for young women in 1997. And in 1999, we created Adams, the brand for men's socks. He imported elastic fibers for hosiery, and became Taiwan's first manufacturer to offer support stockings, and also won the first exclusive right to use Lycra and Tactel brands on the packages.
