Shandong Detai Machinery Group Co., Ltd., founded in 1992, is a professional manufacturer of middle and heavy truck chassis, steering and traction series, front axle assembly, engine connecting rod and other casting, forging and stamping products.

Our main products are all kinds of chassis and steering components and traction system castings. We have established permanent partnerships with China Faw Automotive Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Automobile Co., Ltd., China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd., Faw Qingdao Automobile Co., Ltd., Foton Daimler Automotive, Beiben Trunk, Faw Chengdu Automobile Co., Ltd., Nanjing Yuejin Automobile Co., Ltd., Anhui CAMC, Shanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd., Shanxi Dayun Truck Co., Ltd. and other well-known trunk manufacturers. We also provide diesel engine connecting rods for Guangxi Yuchai Group, Dongfeng Chaoyang Diesel Co., Ltd., Wuxi Diesel Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Sida Power Mechanical Group Co., Ltd. and other famous companies.

Currently, we have 1,060 employees, including 50 engineers and 146 technicians. Our annual forging capacity is 30,000 tons, and annual casting capacity is 20,000 tons. We have business offices and sales and service centers in Beijing, Qingdao, Nanjing, Xi'an, Zhucheng, Ji'nan, Baotou, Nanjing, and Changchun with more than 60 professional sale staff members.

We now have 10 domestically advanced 630-8,000 tons of hot forging lines, a more than 900 machining center, CNC and other high-precision processing equipment, a provincial-level physical and chemical metrology testing center. The whole process from raw materials to product is under strict detection and control.
