Shandong Shengtai Wheel Co., Ltd. is one of the largest automobile wheel manufacturers in China, with total fixed assets of 120 million dollars and 700 employees. We are ISO/TS16949 and DOT certified. We have a national level testing center. Testing facilities include radial-fatigue-test machines, bending-fatigue test machines, X-ray machines, rim-leak test machines, on-line-run out-measuring machines, dynamic balance machines, raw material tensile test machines, etc.
In order to produce light-weight & high-strength tubeless wheels, we have introduced the latest technology equipment from the USA, such as CNC flow former, DC automatic butt welding line and laser assembly and welding line. We are capable of producing a full range of tube type wheels, tubeless wheels and OTR wheels in totally more than 200 sizes. The annual production capacity is 4 million sets.
