Shanghai Chuangzhi Craft & Gifts Co., Ltd., established in 1992, is specialized in plush toys and gifts. In order to strengthen our competitiveness, meet the increasing needs from our customers and improve our service, in 2003, we moved from Zhejiang Province where we have done business for almost 10 years to Shanghai. We enlarged the work area to twenty acres, and bought the full sets of modern machines for the manufacture. Our production is popular all over the world, especially in the USA, West Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. The needs of more and more foreign friends are met in our company, such as SHOK ID, RUSS Berrie, China New Success Holdings Limited, GUNS, Target, LI&FUNG, and NTT. The turnover of 2009 was RMB60-70 million. We got RMB100 million in 2012. There is a professional team of development & design, production management, and quality control in our company. There are 260 professional workers, so we can design, research, and produce types of plush toys, Christmas gifts, home furnishing and so on by ourselves, and we also can do OEM and ODM. When we get a lot of orders, we will organize all of our manufacture sites to produce the goods at once to assure the delivery time of each order. Our principle is "people-oriented, customer satisfaction, safety production, quality utmost". We still insist that "the survival, the development, the profit and the customer satisfaction all based on the quality". Our quality target is "the pass rate of the production inspection should be 96%, the key progress should be 100%, ship on time should be 100%, customer satisfaction should be 100%". In 2008, we passed ISO9001:2000 certification, then passed the factory audit of Disney, SGS and other big companies. Now, we are one of the toy suppliers of Disney. From 2009, we have been devoted to designing and researching new products. We build a new design team in Shanghai Creative Center Park.
