Shanghai EQUALTek Automation Co., Ltd. was established by a group of experienced semiconductor back-end equipment professionals. EQUALTek brings in advanced technology to China, designs/manufactures machines that are suitable for customers in China. Its objectives are to deliver the same product quality as from foreign suppliers, to provide better services than foreign suppliers, with the cost as low as local manufacturers. To ensure achieving the top quality, EQUALTek has built up a very strong R&D team. Its key staffs have been developing semiconductor equipments for more than 10 years in overseas companies.
