We have more than twenty engineers and technicians, who have cultured twenty yers in manufacturing Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes and have a lot of experiences. Our general manage has hold concurrent secretary-general at Shanghai Adhesive Association Secretary, council chairperson at China Adhesive Packing Committee. 2. Machine We have four sets of the most advanced Hot Melt Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Coating Systems, including U-ray Radiation Solidify Coating System. In order to develop the new products, we have imported the Ventilate Hot Melt Coating Machine for NORDSON recently. On other hand, we have one set of multifunctional coating machine from Korea and four sets of Solution Type Coating machines. Technology Service Ccnter on Hot Melt Coating System of NORDSON from U.S.A. is set in our factory. 3. CapacityThe production capacity is above 3000 ten thousand m2 per year. 4. Products The main products are hypoallergenic surgical tape and medical dressing. Our all kinds of Surgical Tape and dressing have exported U.S., Germany, France, and Southeast Asia countries and so on for several years. The micro-oven Adhesive Tape is used to the famous enterprise, such as Glands and Nation Co.; Double Sided and Single Sided Tape applying for the carpet, which are widely used in exhibition industry. We manufacture Special Label Tapes with all kinds of base material such as Aluminum film. We also manufacture the high quality compound material. 5. Certification We have passed ISO9002 International Quality System Certificate of Conformity. We are applying for CE, UL Certifications. Our administrational level has improved another step.
