I offer fuel with Major and Non Major procedures on Spot and Contract from Russian and Saudi sellers.For major procedures, seller/titleholder prefers to work directly with buyer or buyer mandate who is an employee of the buyer.If a trade desk or attorney group, you must submit docs to seller and prove you have legal authority to purchase fuel for Major buyer and have signatory power.For non major procedures, I will work with you if you are one person away from buyer or buyer mandate. No broker chains allowed.
