Shenghong Chemical Fiber Co, .Ltd with the registered capital amounting to 75 million dollars, mainly produces chemical fiber and its raw material. In March 2003,SHCF started to construct the first phase of chemical fiber project which is to produce 200,000 tons polyester, 200,00 tons direct spinning filament (including POY,FDY and DTY) and 600,000 tons PTA. The second stage project will construct 400,000 tons polyester and 400,000 tons filament. SHCF?s main units adopt the world leading technology and equipment. The PET plant uses Dupont?s technology and patented equipment; the direct spinning filament plant is equipped with the latest style of Barmag?s equipment; the draw texturing machines are chosen from Barmag and TMT and equipped with the world?s latest control systems, such as the Unitens and TCS and so on. In order to guarantee the precision of analysis result, all of the key analytical instruments are imported.
