Business Description
- High strength, rigidity and impact resistance superior to plastic pipe. Moreover, it can be resistant to ultraviolet radiation. 2. Lower coefficient of linear expansion and creep resistance similar to steel pipe. 3. Two side anti-corrosion capacity similar to plastic pipe, higher design temperature and lower coefficient of heat conductivity. 4. Inner wall is smooth and clean and resistant to scale. Hydraulic head loss is 30% lower than steel pipe for equivalent ID. 5. Higher design pressures, and design pressure is much less sensitive to temperature. 6. High reliability, and normal service life is 50 years. 7. Good structure with reinforced skeleton and inner/outer layer of HDPE as the whole body. 8. Adopt electrofusion fittings connection and flange connection to connect various pipelines. Connection area has the same properties as pipe material. 9. Enhanced the resistance to rapid crack propagation because of the compound features of steel and plastic material. 10. Light weight, Lower total installation cost and easy operation.
