Shenzhen Pemco Fastening Systems Co., Ltd is a manufacturer of self-clinching fasteners, spring-loaded plungers, panel fastener assembly, spring plungers, indexing plungers, ball plungers, locating pins, hand retractable plunger, lateral plungers, indexing bolts, self-clinching cable-tie mounts and hooks, right-angle clinching nuts, inserts for plastic, turn parts and other machined components.

Our factory is held by H.K Taihua Holding Limited. We are the general taxpayer with self-supported import & export rights, with a large scale manufacturing factory, a warehouse and an R&D centre in Shenzhen.

We have introduced over 100 sets of precision lathes, ancillary equipment and testing instruments from Taiwan area and Japan, so as to set up precision production lines and an advanced experimental center. There are 29 sets of auto lathes, 8 sets of CNC lathes and over 10 sets of meter lathes. Our main inspection equipment includes salt spray testers, projectors, tension testers, anti-torsion testers, micrometers, altimeters, calipers, screw pitch templates and hardness testers.

We focus on environmental protection and sustainable development. Our goal is to make measurable improvements in all of the environmental aspects of our manufacturing activities. All of our products comply with RoHS requirements, and we can provide SGS reports.

Our factory occupies 3000 square meters. We have over 100 employees presently, including 8 engineering technicians, 3 advanced engineers, 25 technical experts, 40 workers and 28 quality assurance engineers.

We improve quality management to overall operation level by TQM spirits. We pay attention to every step of production processes and we practise 6S management model. Our factory has attained ISO9001:2008 and ISO14000 certifications.
