Besides releasing five new items per month, they're ready to work on your ODM and OEM orders. Production, including molding, takes place in our ISO 9001:2000- and ISO 14001-certified factory. We equipped our workshop with advanced machinery from Taiwan, including BJ80/ BJ120/BJ180 plastic injection machines (sourced from PowerJet). Our 15 production lines turn out 1,000,000 remote controls monthly, more than enough for your volume orders. Careful inspection by our 32-member QC team results in a qualification rate of 99.7 percent. In addition, we conduct vibration test, chromatism tests and constant temperature/humidity tests, which our competitors do not do. Philips, Motorola, Aston and Siemens are currently benefiting from our R&D expertise and large production capacity.
