Mold Dept: More than 40 staffs are skilled in using AUTOCAD, MASTERCAM, and PROE software to design and manufacture. Equipment: 4 CNC Machines, 15 Milling Machines, 6 Grinders, 4 Wire Cutting Machines, 7 Sparkling Machines, and some Dill Presses and Lathe. Plastic Injection Dept: There is a professional team with several years experience in plastic injection to ensure the quality and quantity. Equipment: 50 plastic injection machines (50t-850t). Oil-jetting & Silk Printing Dept: They devote in providing the high grade service for the customer with their adept technology. Equipment: 4 production lines for oil-jetting (18 large and 40 small oil jetting cabinets), 4 production lines for silk-printing, 30 manually operated silk-printing machine, 2 bronzing machines, 3 moving printing machines, 2 kilns. QC Depart: They major in tracking and inspection of the whole production process with the specialized examination tool.
