As a leading manufacturer of precision injection molds and molded parts in China, Xinmao Industry are experts in high volume; over-molding; insert-molding; 2 component molding; and in mold decoration. There are 20 sets of CNC and EDM machine, 17sets of injection machine(80-2400T), heavy cranes(25T/5T) and 4 sets of advanced gas-assisted injection molding system in our main factory. The high perfected and advanced equipments enable us to produce molds up to 40 tons. We can inject all materials including PP; PC; ABS; PS; PE; HDPE; LDPE; PA6; PA6.6; PA12;TPU; TPE; TPR; TPV; and all possible compounds xxxxx PP/Copo; PC/ABS; and Glass-filled, Talc-filled, and Metal-filled. We also can produce textures to all common standards including VDI and Eschmann. We are ISO 9001:2000, Germany TUeV, and UKS certified.
