Shinomold Co., Ltd. is a plastic mold manufacturer. Since 1999, the company has produced and exported plastic injection molds. And now manufactures about 60 sets of plastic injection mold annually, of which around 70% is exported to Japan. About 15% of exports go to carmakers in Detroit and the other 15% is sold in the domestic and Chinese markets. The capacity of molds we produce is between 450 tons and 850 tons, which is the best CAPA in the standard of a catapult capacity. We also can make molds from 100kg to 7,000kg. The main productions of our company are console molds, for the interiors of automobiles. Annual revenue is about USD1.5 million. We employ a workforce of 15 that consists of 4 mold designers and 11 field staff. We also have 3D mold design system.
