Established in 1998, Sichuan Huagong Petroleum Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. Or HGPPC is one of the specialized companies engaged in manufacture and sales of oil country tubular goods(OSTG) in Southwest China, having as annual capacity of 180000 tons of OCTG, including casing, tubing, coupling and pup joints. HGPPC products are being widely used in such market places as petroleum industry, natural gas exploration, geological service and mining, underground water well drilling as well as salt industry. HGPPC is in possession of four OCTG processing lines consisting of production equipment such as CNC machine tools, big radial clearance hydrostatic testing machine, hydraulically-driven screw-up machine with torque-control function, automatic full-length measuring/weighing system, a complete set of thread gages as imported from abroad and over 10 other relevant testing/inspection devices, which ensure the company’s products to be in compliance with the technical requirements of the latest edition of API Specification 5CT and customer special technical requirement. Since 2003, HGPPC has been an ISO 9001: 2000-certifed firm, and since August 2004, an API Monogram licensee for API Spec. 5CT (License No. 5CT-0636).
