Sichuan Zhongchen Casting Co., Ltd., founded in 1996, now has more than 20,000-square-meter workshop, and is capable of producing about 5,000 tons of various kinds of investment cast parts and cast steel parts. Our company owns two investment casting factories with sodium silicate technology (annual output of 1,500 tons for each), and one investment casting factory with Silica Sol. technology (annual output of 2,000 tons). For years, our company has become a medium enterprise with an annual sales value of 80 million. Our business includes Sodium Silicate casting, Silica Sol. casting, heat treatment, precise machining, and others. Our company owns 350 sets of major production equipment and 50 sets of inspection equipment, as well as the strong capacity of tooling, designing/producing, casting, and precise machining.

Insisting on quality rules of "better casting, honestly and concretely serving the customer, and increasing sale", our company has attained the ISO9001:2000 quality system certification, and applying for the TS16949, PED, AD certification from TUV. For years, our company has built a managing and technical team for the research, development and design in casting field.
