Established in 1987 under the name of Chung-Buk Electronics Co., Ltd., Simmtech is a manufacturer of printed circuit boards (PCBs) for semiconductor integration. We differentiate ourselves from most PCB suppliers as specializing in PCBs for memory and non-memory semiconductors and telecom equipment. In the early 1990s, we succeeded in independently developing SIMM PCBs for integrating memory semiconductors, which were previously supplied exclusively through imports. We also succeeded in developing and building large-scale production capabilities in DIMM, RIMM, DDR as well as non-memory substrates such as BGA, CSP and MCM. Simmtech will continue to maintain its leadership position as a total provider of technological expertise and competitiveness in circuit solutions for semiconductor and telecom companies.
