Spring is one of main products of our company, we have an annual capacity of 15,000 tons (about one million sets) of helical springs, we are specialized spring-manufacturing center designated by the Ministry of Railways, P.R. China. We have five flow production lines, and our products relate to railway field,engineering machine field and automobile field and so on. there collocated the following produce equipments:3 imported auto-coiling machines which controlled by computer,3 mould-coiling machines, 5 sets of Medium-frequency induction heating equipments,5 heating furnaces,7 material-end-grinding machines,4 NDT machines, more than 20 spring endsgrinding machines,3 shot-peening machines and 2 painting line and so on.and there has the following test equipments:fatigue testing machine,loading test machine,transversal displacement and rigidity test machine and so on.we have adapted the requirements of ??ise speed and overloading" of railway and the requirements of the international market.
