Procedures: with buyer&＃039;s Inquiry, we will give soft offer, we need all the information on the LOI to know, destination port, unloading ports discharge rate, allowable draft, etc., Once we agree on particulars, send new LOI & BCL, please POF before POP, all verifications will be bank to bank ( this is the best for both buyer and seller), supplier will then send FCO/Draft Contract, buyer signs and returns, buyer sends non-operative L/C, supplier will send Yard Vist to buyer, on approval, supplier will give PB 2% making the L/C operative. Shipping will commence as agreed upon. Supplier will not do PB 5% or POP first. Buyer can visit loading port until loading begins. Also, we will work with brokers/trading compaines, if you are working with the buyers mandate. With long chains, deals don&＃039;t get done!
