We are ISO 13485 certified by BSI America, Inc. and operate under cGMP’s, so you can count on a manufacturer who understands the medical, pharmaceutical and automotive Industries. We specialize in rapid prototyping of injection molding, silicone extrusion and silicone dip molding custom product designs. As a small company we are able to turn on a dime to meet the needs of our customers. For example, we are generally able to quote within 1 working day and we offer very quick turnaround of weeks and not months from the start of a project. As a result, we continuously meet the high demands and time constraints of our customers. The quick turnaround allows our customers to meet their development deadlines on time without sacrificing the high quality standards of the medical device and pharmaceutical market place. Some of our products include medical and food grade silicone tubing of all sizes and silicone sheeting as thin as .002” thick as well as reinforced sheeting.
