Spectra Vista Corporation (SVC) is a world leader in the design and manufacture of remote sensing portable spectroradiometers and airborne hyperspectral sensors. Svc manufactures and services GER 1500, GER 2600, GER 3700 and the brand new SVC HR 1024 portable spectroradiometers. These spectroradiometers are used to measure spectral characteristics of a variety of mineral, plant, water (includingunderwater) , tree and other ground and water surfaces. Svc airborne sensors, giving co-registered pixels for vis / nir, swir and lwir (infrared and thermal) cover the entire light spectrum through a single aperture.
