Ferphos- when sprayed or brushed on rusted steel sheets it instantly phosphitises and converting rust in to a metallic phosphate films. When small rusted components are dipped ?rust is stripped off within five minutes and a phosphate coating is formed .Once the phosphate film is dry (cured) painting should be carried out.Product is a rust converter phosphatizer and rust remover all in one.Substitutes conventional sand blasting/shot blasting and acid pickling to remove rust.Also eliminates 7 tank phosphating process to single tank cold process
