For the production of Weather-Strips for automobiles , Bus body builders , Construction industry , refrigeration , panel industry Etc. Commercial production started from 16.11.2006.Total available area is 28350 sq. feet and constructed area is 12000 sq. feet. Promoters have very vast experience in the Rubber sealing manufacturing industry mainly in Design & Development , Production , Quality assurance ,Research Development ,Marketing. We are the manufacturers of Automotive rubber components, EPDM weather-strips (single and duel durometer), flocked channel, door rubber, building profile, cold rooms profiles, Rubber gasket for telecom shelter, PVC stop seal, PVC trims etc. We are supplying all these parts to domestic market as well as in the international market. These are extruded parts cured by continuous curing (combination of microwave and hot air having precise controls). Apart from the automobile these components are widely used in the bus body building Industry, electrical control panels, construction industry, Shipping Corporation, refrigeration industries , telecom shelter industry etc. Most of these components are made of EPDM Polymer which is having an excellent resistance towards the Ozone and other atmospheric conditions like Sunlight, Rain, and Humidity etc.Service temperature of these components is from minus 30 Degree to plus 80 degree centigrade.
