We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of Cold Rolled Steel Coils / sheets (Full Hard and annealed) and Hot dipped Galvanized Steel coils from India and are part of Internationally renowned group by name "COMCRAFT" of Chandarias with operations in more than 45 countries and more than 250 manufacturing units, world over, in various products. We are equipped with State of the art in Cold Rolling Technology - Super efficient 6 Hi Crown Combination Reversing Cold Rolling Mill from Hitachi, Japan, to enable rolling of superior grade finished sheets and coils. Our 6 Hi HC Mill provides and ensures Excellent Profile Control, Thermal Crown Compensation for removing Rolling defects, enhancing profile characteristics, Heavy Reduction Rolling with better grain orientation, Reduced Edge Drop, Fully Automatic Gauge and Elongation Controls. Our other facilities include Push Pull Pickling Line, Electrolytic Cleaning Line, Bell Annealing Furnaces, Slitting and Cut-To-Length Line, etc. Our installed capacity at a rated thickness of 0.40mm is 200, 000Mt per annum and capacity needs to be adjusted according to actual thickness rolled. We have two Continuous Galvanizing Lines with capacity of 80, 000Mt per annum. We have established a position of leadership and have been exporting finished steel to the tune of 80, 000 MT per annum (about 60 to 70% of our annual produce) to various countries in Asia, South America, Latin America and Africa. Our annual exports are of the order of US $ 60 Millions. We are also most preferred suppliers of thin gauge coils / sheets in thickness from 0.11 to 0.14mm. Cold Rolled Steel Products & Galvanized Steel Products 1. We produce Full Hard Cold Rolled Steel Coils and annealed steel coils / sheets as per major International Standards and specifications. Full hard Cold rolled coils mostly used for Hot Dip Galvanizing and annealed materials are used for general engineering / fabrication, drums / containers, Control Panels.
