Profile Cutting CO2 Welding Plate Cutting and Bending Shop Floor Area 5000 Sft. Adequate facility for manufacture of all kinds of fabricated products. Products: Sheet Metal Components. Sheet Metal Panels. Structural Engineering Products. Heavy duty Racks and Bins. Man Power: The company is managed by 2 partners who look after day to day affairs assisted by a design engineer, a marketing Engineer, purchase officer and production supervisor. There are 20 employees in machine shop working in fabrication, assembly and other areas. Quality Systems: The company is working with well defined Qualiy systems in line with ISO 9000 gudelines and the process of ISO certifiction through TUV is underway and is expected to be certified by end of July 2007. Raw material: Different types of steel are used for manufacturing the products, the details of which are as below. a). Fabricated items: Mild Steel Plates, Channels, Beams, Pipes, Sheets, Angles etc. b). Machined components: Mild Steel and Alloy steel Bars, Alloy steel Forgings, C I Castings, CNC Turned Engineering & Auto components. All the above materials are sourced form local dealers and industries in Peenya. Power and Water: The total power required for the industry is 100 HP and is readily available. Water required for cleaning and daily use is supplied by BWSSB. Finance: The company&＃039;s working capital is financed by State Bank of India and is capable of executing large projects to the complete satisfaction of the customers.
