*Simply stated, I'm willing to donate the exclusive copyright protected Wasp design to any non-oil producing government for zero up-front costs- with Stinger Motors LLC receiving no compensation whatsoever until the car is mass produced. Unless further developmental consulting is required on my part- the only costs for the fully developed concept car would be $10 per car royalties as they leave the factory.
