Ningbo huayuan headwear Co., Ltd is a straw-hat manufacturer, specialized in making and exporting natural straw hats, paper straw hats and wool felt hats. It is located in the famous straw-hat center---Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, China. It is 2 and half hours from Shanghai international airport and 45 mins from Ningbo airport.
The factory was founded by Niuhongyuan who has about 20-year experience of making and exporting straw hats. At present we have 3 workshops for sewing hat bodies/molding, cutting, trimming/inspecting and packing. The annual output is 800000 PCS and all the hats have been exporting to USA, EU, Australia, Japan and South Korea with main customers of Zara, Mango, Next, Scotch & Soda. We also make hats for customers with brands of Armani, Lafayette, Opus, S. Oliver, Oray, LPP with zeros quality complaint.
Our showroom demonstrates more than 1000 styles, which will be totally renewed every 2 years with the effort of the development team. We are sure that this will not only show you many kinds of straw hat materials and hat shapes, but also spark your design creativity.
