Sunshine Electronics ltd was established in 2004, who specialize in digital and full HD products including car FM transmitter, HDD media player, digital voice recorder. As a high-tech company, we integrate R&D, manufacturing, marketing and service with a purpose of one-stop solution for all our partners. There are 39 engineers in our R&Ddepartment which covers hardware, software, ID design, Mechanical design and package design.We can release over 20 new models per year. Our company is ISO 9001:2008 certified and we strictly carry out quality control and management from R&D development, material incoming, in-process, SMT and assembly and delivery. Till now we have over 200 staff in our company and our factory size cover 2000 squre meters.There are 2 SMT lines equiped advance made-in-Japa SMT and reflow soldering machine, 6 production lines for DIP and assembly, 2 IPQC and QA workshop and 4 aging stations for quality control in our factory, with a capacity of 200K Car FM transmitter, 150K HDD media player and 200K Digital voice recorder.All our products get the CE, FCC, CCC and ROHS certification. We shipped over 1Million units car FM transmiter and HDD media players overs 30 countries worldwide.
