Research chemicals will only be supplied to persons over the age of 18 for their use solely and not for use by anyone else. By ordering from us you are confirming that you are above the age of 18 and that you are not ordering for anyone under the age of 18. The Company does not warrant that the goods are not prohibited from import in the country to which delivery is to be made and will neither replace nor refund goods seized by any competent authority. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to establish the legality of possession and importation of our products in their country or region. We will not take responsibility for lost shipments confiscated by customs, law enforcement agencies, or other authorities, and we will not refund or replace orders that may have been confiscated. We ship products to all countries in the EU and most countries outside the EU including the USA, Australia, New Zealand & Canada. The Company will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods occurring in the postal system and will not make any refund in respect of such loss or damage except where specific delivery arrangements have been agreed and paid for in advance. On production of the necessary evidence the goods will be replaced but no refund made. The Company reserves the right to alter these terms & conditions at any time.
