Company Profile SUSFOUR is a Brazilian trading company that produces fine coffee for export and also for a demanding domestic consumer of first-rate coffee. It currently exports to the USA, Japanese, British, Portuguese, and Spanish markets. On 25th of October 2005, Susfour opened a branch in Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority, which is headquartering for the Middle East market. All kinds of coffee produced by the company are 100% Arabica, with carefully selected beans, coming from the best coffee producing areas in Brazil, and are hand-crafted, without the addition of chemicals. The coffee comes from the region known as Alta e Media Mogiana, in the state of Sao Paulo, and from the south of Minas Gerais state as well. These regions have long been producing high quality coffee that has overcome Colombian coffee in terms of taste, beans quality, modernization, and new technologies in the processes of growing and harvesting. After the harvest, the beans are washed, winnowed, and dried naturally in the sunlight. Machines that utilize water according to their level of maturity select the beans. The mature fruits have their chaffs removed at this stage and are then sun dried and separately stored.
