Silicon Wafer Resale: Sicreat currently provides customers with a variety of silicon wafers: such as dummy grade wafers, test grade wafers, prime wafers, oxidation wafers, aluminum wafers and so on, wafer size from 4” to 12”. Silicon Wafer Polishing Service(CMP, Chemical Mechanical Polish): Sicreat is able to polish kinds of silicon wafers with different thickness and diameters (6” to 12”). Sicreat keeps purchasing State of Art CMP polishers, polishing 18”(450mm) wafers for R&D application will be available in Q3 of 2014.
