Symprotek was established in 1994 to provide Electronic Manufacturing Services in Silicon Valley. We have resources to develop customer&＃039;s Concept into its successful Commercialization of the products. We specialize in design and manufacturing of printed circuit boards and supply chain services to develop prototypes to full products. Our focus continues to be our commitment to provide our customers with the most value in electronic manufacturing services in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Service. We have built our manufacturing processes with precepts from late Dr. Deming’s Red Beads experiment that we are constantly working on to eliminate root causes of the nonconformance. We are a certified ISO 13485 company since 2007. ISO 13485 represents the requirements for a comprehensive quality management system for Medical Devices. In addition, we have a Counterfeit Components Avoidance Program (CCAP) and Traceability of Process (TOP) procedures have been implemented throughout our manufacturing operations to ensure process flow information are available for failure analysis, prevention, and continuous improvements.
