Business Overview
Avg Response Time
≤ 1h
THE BAMBOO FACTORY has been operating since 2004, giving them experience and stability in the flooring and bamboo product market. Their key products — engineered flooring, bamboo flooring, and decorative objects — are in high demand in international markets looking for sustainable, natural materials. Being based in Vietnam provides access to low-cost bamboo sourcing and skilled craftsmanship, which helps keep prices competitive. However, none of their verification details — phone, work email, business documents, or account email — are confirmed, which raises concerns about legitimacy and responsiveness. Buyers should request additional proof before placing large orders or sharing sensitive requirements. Without verified contact or documents, it's harder to trust their ability to deliver on time or meet quality standards. This lack of verification is common among smaller suppliers, but it increases risk for new buyers.
