At TJ Tooling we have 3 production facilities and 2 design centers with a dedicated team that consists of experienced Mechanical/Process Engineers, Die Designers, Toolmakers, CNC machinists, Quality Control/CMM, Production and Program management personnel that are able to take your tooling project from concept through production. Our personnel evaluates each part from initial quote, APQP through design/simulation to final packaging to ensure we have provided our customer with the most economical, yet robust solution. We perform thorough reviews throughout each project with our cross-functional teams and record real-time data on project status which we supply to our customers in the format of there choice.
